If this is for European Christian democrats, they are already in your side. For revolutionary right wingers, as for any other “activists”, activity is the goal itself.

Originalism is a defensive movement. They pick a few wins every couple of years when the left gets dozens of wins for themselves through legislature.

In theory, research should be neutral to a right or left government. In practice it is left coded. Researchers are the ones agitating for climate change restrictions, AI safetyism, 'woke' social policies. In practice, anything that subliminally justifies more researches and more power from their proclamations. They have to go.

What do you conclude from the fact that the most recent victory for the left was signed into law 15 years ago. While the Supreme court has gotten rid of Roe, Chevron Deference and Affirmative Action just in the last 5 years

I think Chevron is immaterial and the war on Civil Rights hardly has ended with Affirmative Action.

But it does seem that leftist legislating has some dysfunction of its own that has built up post Obama.
